Shipping Information
All orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. Expedited shipping methods are available at an additional charge. Orders placed after 4:00pm EST, will ship next business day on in-stock items. Our normal business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Federal US holidays.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is only available in the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Free shipping is not offered for orders being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, or Canada and do not apply to orders over 40 bottles.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is returned to Floyd Nutrition due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery shipping cost. Floyd Nutrition is not responsible for packages not delivered due to incorrect shipping information. Please double check your address prior to placing an order.
Tracking Information
You can check the status of an order once you have received an e-mail from Floyd Nutrition or PayPal with a tracking code. Simply click on the link included in the e-mail and you will be directed to the shipper's website where you can track the progress of your package. You can also contact our Shipping Department at 717-695-4110 with any questions or concerns you may have regarding your order.
Oversized Item Restrictions
Oversized items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories,
APO/FPO Addresses or P.O. Boxes. Over size packages may required addtional charges *
Shipping Delays
Floyd Nutrition is committed to fulfilling orders within 12 hours of receiving orders. However, from time to time, there may be problems or delays beyond our control (USPS related delays, weather, etc.). If you do not receive your order tracking number within one business day, please be patient as there is often a delay when the Postal Service updates their online tracking system. Everything is probably fine and you will receive your order shortly. Tracking numbers for orders shipped at the end of the day will be sent to customers the next business day. In very rare cases, an item may be out of stock after your order has been placed. If this should occur, we will contact you via e-mail to notify you of the situation. Product substitutes will be offered, whenever possible. If we are unable to fulfill the order, we will promptly issue a refund. Regardless of the delay, please be assured that we are working diligently to complete your shipment in a timely manner.
Lost or Damaged Merchandise
Upon arrival of your shipment, please check the contents of your package immediately and report any discrepancies or damages within 3 business days of receipt. Please keep all merchandise and packaging in as-delivered condition. Claims issued on damaged or lost orders can take the carrier 7-10 days to process. Once a claim has been initiated and processed, a replacement will be sent. We are unable to accept cancellations on merchandise after it arrives damaged or is lost but we will make every effort to correct this situation.
Lost packages are usually located by the carrier and delivered. To avoid duplicate shipments, replacements will be sent after the claims process is complete. Although we are to unable to expedite replacements, please be assured that Floyd Nutrition will work diligently with the carrier to resolve the problem in the most efficient way possible.
Returns
Floyd Nutrition accepts returns on unopened packages within 7 days of receipt. Orders must be unopened in their original packaging in order for returns to accepted. Please contact the Shipping Department at 717-695-4110 prior to returning the package.
